Go to Google on the same network you use for the game and type "IP address."

Don't post that info here for any reason (I've also removed your email address from your original post to protect your privacy) but do include that IP address in an email to [email protected].

Make the subject line of the email: Unable to login to support site.

With the problem logging into the game itself, what specifically happens when you try? If there is an error what is the exact wording?
