I'm really sorry to hear you've run into this problem. While we don't have access to the PS4 billing system to refund purchases I would like to see if we can help prevent future issues like this.

It seems possible that there is some brief input delay between your laptop and the PS4 through remote. If your credit card is removed then you should be able to avoid this again if you do have to spam the key. Can you tell us more about the specific error you're having and why you need to spam the X button? Once we know more about that problem we will be able to figure out what direction to take from there.

As for point #6 above, I totally get that you're frustrated by this situation, but this isn't a conspiracy. Trove has been around for several years now and we've worked very hard to make the best game possible. We don't benefit from getting a small number of people to accidentally make a purchase then refusing refunds. If this experience makes you unhappy with our game or our company you tell your friends and post to the forums - we definitely don't come out ahead in that situation.

This isn't an issue that happens very often but we will work with you to avoid any situations like this in the future.
