We updated the in game message of the day and posted on social media. If you recommend a specific place to post please let us know. We don't actually have the ability to post information directly onto the PlayStation Store.

The original post has been updated again now that the Marketplace is up and running again.

Update 4 - 11:40 AM GMT (3:40 PM PST) - With the Marketplace back online and working normally we're now going through previous purchases that were not delivered and refunding them.

This process can take some time but is already underway and we'll post another update when it's complete.

Update 3 - 8 PM GMT (12 PM PST) - We've rebooted the auction server and it appears the Marketplace is running normally again. We're still in the process of fixing those previous transactions, but the Marketplace is good to go now. I'll update again once we have specific info on the fix for previous purchases/cancelled transactions.

Update 2 - 7 PM GMT (11 AM PST) - We're restarting the servers hosting the Marketplace. This will cause a small number of players to be disconnected but you should be able to sign right in again.

Update 1 - 5:50 PM GMT (9:50 AM PST) - We've locked the Trove Marketplace on EU PS4 for now. We'll continue to keep everyone up to date on our progress. For now the investigation is ongoing.

We're investigating the issue preventing items in the EU Marketplace from being delivered. I'll keep everyone up to date in this thread and will link existing posts on this issue here.

Having one post with all the updates is the best way to get word out to everyone quickly.
