We've heard your feedback loud and clear: the Donation Station is sorely missed in this year's Snowfest. We realize that for many of you, this was an important part of the event, and we're very sorry it didn't make it in this time.
To help spread some festive joy despite this change, we’ve prepared a special calendar packed with surprises. This includes a variety of bonuses and items to sweeten your Snowfest experience — so stay tuned!
Your input is important to us, and though there's nothing that can be done to change this event due to technical limitations, we're taking this feedback seriously and will include it in our planning going forward. We always aim to provide experiences you enjoy, and we continue to work hard to see that happen.

We are aware that some player's Friendsgiving Coins and Trovian Bouillon may have disappeared before we extended the event, Players on Xbox, Playstation and Switch should have the missing Currencies in your claims. We are working to get these restored on PC as well.
