Congratulations! Your creation has been added to Trove - Trouble Treble !
It can be found in collections under Styles > Staves > Highlands.
@Ylva
Thank you so much! I'm really excited! This game was one of my favorites when it first came out. I'm glad we are still able to contribute fun things like this. And thank you for making the file for me. I will make sure to do so in the future when making other designs. I hope you'll be able to give me some more feedback on other designs I may make. Your input was invaluable! I'm mostly worried I'll accidentally make a design that is similar to another style, especially for a different weapon because I don't know if I could sit and check through every single style that's been put into the game, tbh.Hello! So sorry for a delayed reply.
The v3 looks and works great! Thank you so much for taking time to polish this design.
Approved!
Developers Accept creations every now and then, it might take a while for it to get in game, please be patient.
Also, we require a .blueprint of the creation uploaded to the Files tab, so the Developers could easily download, check and add files to the game. The file should be named according to a pattern of styletype_stylename[CreatorsName].blueprint
, so in your case - staff_trouble_treble[DeSpare].blueprint
. The CretorsName is what will be displayed as DesignedBy, and it should be the same as your In-game name and your Trovesaurus account name - else developers will not be able to send Credits to a proper account.
This time i made a blueprint from your latest Troxel link and named it, dont worry. Please let me know if it should be renamed!

Thank you so much for the wonderful information! As much as I'd like to flip the model so that the /epicpose looks better, I agree that it would just feel wrong to do so for general use. After looking over the changes you made in the pictures to the model, I noticed that as the bottom of the staff changed, so too did the lighter parts shift into the best position I could manage them into when I tried, myself. I changed the model to what you had specified and I think I also like the inner curve being completely suspended, not touching even diagonally. Very nice! I elongated it to the full 35 block length to accommodate the model shrinking for the handle grip being so far down. Hope it is better this time around.Hi!
I saw your reply to other messages and was writing a detailed answer which was taking some time. Thank you for sending the design for Review :)
So first of all, having this design as a Staff is a great choice! Staves are not that restrictive on a length (as long as it is not more than 35).
However, any staff still need to work well on all the classes that can use them - the current model and position of AP makes it so the staff model overlaps the player model in a lot of cases. For example:
If you move the AP to the lower end like previously discussed, it would likely solve all the clipping issues.
Something like this (bottom) should work nicely as a Staff:
Or, you could flip the whole model so the big curve would be on the bottom - but i have to say, it feels wrong to have the model face this way.
Whichever direction you pick - i would suggest to try your weapon in game on every staff class, even if you dont have them unlocked, the Trial option would be sufficient.
Changing the status to Active, but really hoping to see this design back on Review!
