A fist made to look like a drill.
Update: I did your suggestions: i rotated the drill so that the shields face to the sides... and i made the stripes diagonal (thanks for the suggestion)

Fist looks great, those diagonal stripes certainly make it read like an item from a construction site :)
Im going to approve this one, but please be sure to always add a new screenshot of your model if you make changes to it. I did upload one for you, but im sure you could have made a much better one.
Also, some voxel editors might have different positioning of the axis or rotate counterclockwise instead of clockwise, so you always need to check your creation in game afterwards. Good thing, thats fairly easy to do and you can also grab a screenshot while doing that :P

What a neat lookin drill!
while we already have the 
Arcanium Drillbit style I believe this one is different enough to set it apart. Though before this can be approved there is one thing that needs to be fixed.
There is clipping on the outer sides of the gloves when using this weapon on most vanguardian costumes.
This can be avoided by rotating the shield bit 90 degrees clockwise and making the shield a little bit thicker.
Also a minor suggestion about the strips,
making them diagonal could help emphasize the construction theme, but you don't have to listen to this advice if you like them as they are.
Setting this back to active for now, but I can't wait to see it back on review! ^^
