What a lovely iguana :D I like color choices and overall shape, nicely done!
Unfortunately, it would seem your helmet replaced head voxels, instead of going around them like its supposed to. You only left 8x8 area inside of it while its meant to be 10x10x10. With design like this head voxels can bug out and show up instead of helmet bits that are 'replacing' them. Its okay-ish if some hidden voxels on the inside invade that space and try to replace 'head' voxels, but its still better to avoid those too.
Hope the image is understandable (template is being pasted over helmet).
About the 'beard' spike, with goat helmet it was a risky decision and id rather not make it a common thing. Iguanas look just fine without beards, but if you absolutely have to keep it may be it would be possible to shorten it a bit? Or move the 'nose' a bit higher?
Also it could be good to introduce slightly more shading + possibly highlight the mouth. Colors themselves are absolutely great, but helmet is a whole is mostly one-colored green >_<
Going to set this one back to Active, please make sure it goes around the 10x10 and not instead of them.
