Hi there!

The staff idea sounds awesome, loving the combination of Undertow and Sunseeker themes!

It looks like the parts of the model are not actually connected to each other, please be sure to make the whole model as one single piece. Adding one voxel over here would connect the shaft to the head of the staff:

You dont have to wait for a Review to check something like this. Troxel has an automated function to check the style models for technical issues. Open your model in Troxel, find the TroveCreations on the right sidebar, chose the type of your creation and hit the button - it will highlight all the issues, if there are any.

Also, the current design is looking rather simple. While there can be beauty in simplicity, i believe this idea could use some more details to highlight and sell the idea better.

I would suggest giving the Undertow (dark green) part some color variation and the crystals that all the geodian monsters have - purple, orange and green. It could also be good to add a bit more volume to the tentacles on the front part and the end of the shaft.
