I understand promo doesn’t mean limited edition or anything like that. The only special thing is that it’s anniversary content. I suppose you can request any of the promos restocked. The way you worded that leads me to believe they plan on adding mastery to the wings. So is there word on if Mizaia, Breath of the Evergreen will be added as promotional content?
