Nice to see another dungeon from you Cyekie!
I love the color you chose for the tower. They fit the permafrost perfectly even when we don't have many dungeons with those shades.
There are two things I'd like to suggest you do.
The first is to add some decorates to the base and boss area like how you have in the gameplay room 02. Maybe a few ice torches would look nice up there. ^^
The second thing you don't really need to do, but I think would help the lookout, is add a giant icicle when your gameplay room is underground to help fill in the space between the top and base.
