Okay, I THINK I've solved all the issues, and I had noticed I accidentally used the rough Specular on the main bow it's self and I changed it back to Metal as well.

Also I've noticed that things I preview show up twice when holding them, making it a little harder to see Transparency which is weird and I'm unsure if that's something that happens commonly.
