Wow that staff, looks so curious and unusual while using the ordinary gem idea, well done :D Great job on material maps too!
With those sort of gems being the most desirable thing in Trove i think it would be good to give them some royal golden casing, sort of like Empowered Gems have. I do like the brownish staff base though, it adds to the unique impression :)
What would you say for something like this may be? Quick edit, nothing too spectacular.
Im sure you can come up with something better looking :)
