Great idea for the helmet, triceratopses have a whole lot of charm! We also already do have quite some triceratopses in game (at least one dinotamer pet and one ally, if we dont count the mechanized/modified ones). I very much like the way you made tiny cute horns, but may be for colors it could be good to use pallet from c_p_triceratops_dinotamerpet_head ? So they all fit together nicely?

Also i think the spikes on 'collar' could be 2x2 instead of 1 voxel, and may be even with a pointy ends facing back to bring in some more action to that side. Rough edit:
