Very good job on the eyes, nice glowing effect! I also like that you are trying out less spikey designs :)

As for staff in total, without description i would ve never guessed what is it meant to be >_< May be exposing skull\head from under the hood would make it more readable? I take it black glowing glass shapes are wings? Not sure what shapes with purples on them are meant to be.. abstract forms are not a bad thing, but if they share same coloring as main model/part that is not abstract it gets harder to tell when the 'statue' ends and abstract starts.

Besides, im not sure if a scary representation of Grim Reaper is all too suitable for Trove, the ally we got in chaos chests is tiny, has cute chubby ghosts and adorable flappy wings. Im not saying everything in trove must be happy-puppy but i do think scary designs in Trove also need to have some charm, aside from being terrifying.

To sum that up, it would be great if you could try to make it easier to understand what this staff is meant to be, clean up the design somewhat.

Back to active for now, remember you can always set creation to Draft if you d wish to work on something else instead.
