This is pretty much the build i use on my boomer main right now on console.
I have the hydrakken instead of shock cause it gives other bonuses as well as the +50 mf. The pink pinata ally is an alt to shock as well.
Once i get enough dragons tho i may switch it to the prowling shadow cat ally for the health leach and movement speed.
Ive also got all my lesser gems and most of my empowered gems as 3 stat gems with PH CH and CD so i have enough CH that i dont need the surestrike emblem and have replaced it with the chronomancer emblem. If reccomend death defying when its a struggle and the valorous/vampiric flask when its not. Hope this helps out anyone playing ;)
