This is not just a build, I have been learning about every class to do these builds and subclass effect. I hope you can read and learn a bit yourself about the classes and in-game damage values.

DelvesDamageTankSupport

Notes: This build is an authentic Juggernaut, nothing is stopping it.

Note that Fae Trickster has to be level 30 and at least with 25k pr for this build to have the most efficiency.

Fae Trickster Subclass

Sparkle Grenade - Critical hits to enemies can spawn a shiny bomb that deals damage and stuns enemies.

Stat Priority

Attack Speed

Notes: You want to have 100% Crit Hit Chance to start. Once you reach that milestone, you will be investing in gems with Crit Damage, Magical and % Maximum Health.
Empowered Gems

Stats on maxed gems:
Water: Magical, Crit hit, Crit dmg
Fire: Magical, Crit hit, Crit dmg
Air: Magical, max hp%, Crit dmg
Cosmic: Light, Magical, Crit dmg

You should have min. 95.00% max 100.00% crit hit

On gems boosts have to be like this:
Water: emp (2x on crit dmg, 1x on Magical), 1st (2x on crit dmg, 1x on Magical), 2nd (1x on crit dmg, 2x on Magical)
Fire: emp (1x on crit dmg, 2x on Magical), 1st (1x on crit dmg, 2x on Magical), 2nd (2x on crit dmg, 1x on Magical)
Air: emp (2x on crit dmg, 1x on Magical), 1st (2x on crit dmg, 1x on Magical), 2nd (1x on crit dmg, 2x on Magical)
Cosmic: here on all best is 3x on light, but it can be also 2x light, 1x Magical or crit dmg

Empowered Gems

These Gems are the best in slot. Don't worry if you don't get them straightaway, everything takes time.

Stinging Curse

Dealing damage applies damage-over-time effects to enemies.

Spirit Surge

Taking damage has a chance to spawn a ring of projectiles, applying damage-over-time to enemies based on your max health.

This gem has a cooldown.

Plant Power Class Gem

When Empowered Growth is active the chloromancer heals nearby plants and allies.

Berserk Battler Cosmic Gem

Damaging enemies causes a frenzied state, adding a small increase to attack speed and Light.

Continued damage to enemies extends the frenzied state until it causes a berserk state, greatly increasing attack speed and Light.
