You may not like it but this is what peak performance looks like. Jokes aside I hope this helps some of you guys. :P
DelvesDamageFarmingDamage
Notes: Max light and max DMG for Delve and Leviathans.
Knight Subclass
Stat Priority
Notes: Get all the Magic and Critical damage you can.
Same goes for Attack Speed.
Critical Hit --> 100% no more no less!
Stat Priority 5: Energy Regeneration
Notes: Weapon: On crystal items you can roll Energy Regeneration as 4th (on stellar it would be 3rd) stat. So if you got enough Critical Hit with gems (wich you should if you have good gems) you can reroll the CH for Energy Regeneration.
Ally and Flasks
Ally
- 300 Light
- 20.0% Magic Damage
Increases cooldown recovery speed by 25%.
Ally Puck:
Considering his strength, it's no wonder he escaped the sardine can.
Flask
Death-Defying Vial is a must since at endgame you will only have around 1 Million HP. (pretty much everything in delve onehits you.)
Emblems: Obviously Arcane because this is a DPS build.
The Chronomatic Emblem is what makes the Gunslinger the top damagedealer. (haters gonna hate)
Explanation:
Together with the Knight subclass wich gives you more flasks the Emblems harmonize well with the Gunslinger, since you can activate your ult and then repeatedly use the flask to buff your damage. Doing so will also reduce the cooldown timer on your ult. So if you time the flask correctly you will have the Arcane Emblem buff constantly active while also having permanent ult. (You do have to press the ult button again tho :P)

Empowered Gems
All gems should have Magic Damage, Critical Damage and Critical Hit, except one Empowered Gem should have MH% since you dont need that much Critical Hit gems to reach 100%.
Boosts:
All of the cosmic gems should have 3 boosts on light.
At the time im writing this the best combination for the other boosts is 9/0 3/15. (Empowered Gems 9 on MD 0 on CD, small gems 3 on MD 15 on CD.)
Its pretty expensive to change the boosts, so if you still have an old Shadow Tower build or your gems just rolled unlucky 3/6 11/7 is also fine. (For the nerds: coeff difference is 71.8)
Overcharged Class Gem
Run and Gun now decreases your attack speed, but all shots fired are explosive dealing damage in an area of effect.
Explosive Epilogue
Killing enemies causes them to explode.

Stinging Curse
Dealing damage applies damage-over-time effects to enemies.
Berserk Battler Cosmic Gem
Damaging enemies causes a frenzied state, adding a small increase to attack speed and Light.
Continued damage to enemies extends the frenzied state until it causes a berserk state, greatly increasing attack speed and Light.

Subclass :
Lunarlancer also works but Knight > LL. (More flasks means more ults, more ults means more damage.) Lunarlancer is better for boss speedruns. It was used for fastest DOTM kill back when Shadow Tower was a thing.
Vial combo tip:
If you are more confident and experienced with the Gunslinger you can try to tank the boss so it triggers your Death-Defying Vial for you. This will remove the little animation that would trigger when you take the flask yourself. This needs to be timed well, so the boss doesnt burn all your flasks one after the other but if done right it will give you a little DPS boost.
Banner/Perma Torch:
For Gunslinger you want to use The Hive banner/torch.
