Rapt Berserker if you're killing mobs quickly enough to make use of its on-kill ability*.
*Heals the player for 15% of the maximum health and grants a +30 speed boost for 5 seconds when a nearby enemy dies.

Samatha/Prowling Shadow for keeping you alive if you're dying a lot.
Primordial Fire Dragon Pup gives you the +20% damage buff as well as a chance to hit enemies with a fireball when you hit them with an attack (and a modest 8% damage reduction), but doesn't provide any healing (though if you use vampirian vanquisher as your cosmic empowered gem, you may not need much extra healing).
If you want some extra protection, Unyielding Emblem or Vampiric Emblem are solid choices to replace the Beamer Emblem.
Empowered Gems
The light buff from Berserk Battler (Cosmic Gem) is very helpful.
Explosive Epilogue
Killing enemies causes them to explode.

Volatile Velocity
Increases the shot speed of any projectile.
Pyrodisc
Killing an enemy has a chance to generate a flaming disc that damages nearby enemies.
This gem has a cooldown.
Vampirian Vanquisher Cosmic Gem
Dealing a critical hit to enemies has a chance to increase movement speed and cause the next hit to leech health.
