This is a standard build for someone that wants to deal damage and deal it fast as the Neon Ninja, obviously its a DPS, this build isn't meant for players with massively high power rank and everyone like something a little different.

Notes: You can change the move speed for something like crit hit, if you do go for movement speed you're generally going to want gear that makes you faster than a mount and then with Trailblazing emblem and use of the backflip. Personally I like a bit of movement speed but also some crit hit, although you can focus on crit hit in the gems. You can also opt for magic find if you're going to be farming.

Energy Regeneration

Notes: The main stats you want to focus are: Crit hit, crit damage and attack speed. On the ring you need energy regeneration to be able to constantly use your shuriken/shurikens (depending on if you have class gem or not).

Ally and Flasks

Gives you a good amount of damage and move speed upon killing an enemy. I've also tried with the Bitty Shadow Bro but I don't think that it works as well as it is a 1/16 chance for the +50% physical damage upon killing an enemy.

Empowered Gems

The Class Gem can be any but you'll want to make sure that you have Pyrodisc and Explosive Epilogue as they both result in more damage when you attack and the Pyrodisc gives movement speed and along with the Rapt Berserker you get a great amount of movespeed.
