Notes: Energy regen is not helpful for boomeranger at ALL. He doesn't even have energy, so use your tentacles to get rid of energy regen or get better gear with attack speed in the second slot.

Ally and Flasks

If you don't have Lil Burgie, go for Rapt Berserker.

If your Mastery isn't high enough for the master cheep emblem, go for the Shadow Shrike. They are basically the same.

Empowered Gems

If your Power Rank isn't high enough to get Bawk Bomb (you get it from completing everdark arenas and using a class gem key), Explosive Epilogue is the fourth best gem.
