This build will let you farm dungeons at a high speed efficiently. You need to be able to 1 hit u9 bosses or the build won't be as effective. Lunar sub for dmg and speed.
Farming
Notes: Do NOT use this for shadow towers...there is a much better build that
Lunar Lancer Subclass
Sorta Crazy - Chance during combat to transform and receive some power of the Lunar Lancer.
Stat Priority
Notes: For neon cd would be better since there is a multiplier. Crit hit isn't rly gonna be a priority if its above 80% in my opinion but its your choice

Ring Notes: On the weapon, use attack speed if you have enough crit hit.

Empowered Gems
Pyrodisc will not really matter because there is only a 10% chance of it activating. I personally don't think explosive epilouge will matter since you will be one hitting bosses(Except 3* bosses) instead I use voilate velocity so that the shuriken travels faster ( I think :P)
Heuristic Haxstar Class Gem
Thrown shuriken are larger and have a wider effect area, pierce enemies, and apply the Stasis Blade effect.
Three ring shuriken deal additional damage and bonus critical damage.
Pyrodisc
Killing an enemy has a chance to generate a flaming disc that damages nearby enemies.
This gem has a cooldown.
Volatile Velocity
Increases the shot speed of any projectile.

This build is more focused for players with good stats that can 1 hit u9 WITHOUT MARTIAL. 43 million damage seems enough to one hit all 1* bosses. Stats you need to deal 43m dmg would be around-152k total pd and 1150-1160% cd.
