This Neon Ninja's build will make you attack so fast so you will deal more damage and you'll be able to kill enemies easily.
DamageFarmingLevelingShadow Towers
Notes: Damage: You'll be able to kill fast. ||||| Farming: You'll kill fast the bosses at dungeons so you can get easy shadows, randiants and stellars. ||||| Leveling: You can play solo or with your teammates to level up fast. ||||| Shadow Tower: You wont be able to solo them, I'd prefer you to call some DPS friends.
Stat Priority
Hat 
Weapon 
Face 
Ring Notes: Face: You can play with the third stat of the Face, you can use % Max Health because gems will level up your Physical damage.
Ally and Flasks
20% Physical Damage Gain 15% health and a movement speed boost when a nearby enemy dies.
With Death-Defying Vial you will never die, just, watch out your flasks.
Empowered Gems
With Heuristic Haxstar you will be able to kill mobs faster.
Heuristic Haxstar Class Gem
Thrown shuriken are larger and have a wider effect area, pierce enemies, and apply the Stasis Blade effect.
Three ring shuriken deal additional damage and bonus critical damage.
Explosive Epilogue
Killing enemies causes them to explode.

Stinging Curse
Dealing damage applies damage-over-time effects to enemies.
