Notes: Draco's damage comes from the bombs. So more energy you can recover, more bombs you can cast.

Ring Notes: FARM: on the weapon the Critical damage can be switched by Moviment speed. And on the ring you can switch Energy reg for Magic Find.
Ally and Flasks
The starlight dragonling got one of the best passive in the game in my opinion.The burst of damage it has is really high. If you are having problems to stay alive you can switch the starlight dragonlight for prowling shadows or samatha.
FARM: Conjurer's crucible is extremally good if your magic find is high(infinite flasks).If you are having problems to stay alive you can switch the it for death-defying vial.
Empowered Gems
Burning Ward Class Gem
When a Burnt Offering detonates, it spawns a mini Dracolyte minion that attacks enemies for a brief duration.
Stinging Curse
Dealing damage applies damage-over-time effects to enemies.
Cubic Curtain
Avoiding damage grants a protective shield, absorbing the next attack and stunning the attacker.

if builded correctly you should be capable of killing everything in your way within seconds and with just 1 flask, 1 m2 and 2 bombs. Using the sequences: throw 2 bombs, wait until the boss enter the range of the bomb, use flask, use m2 on the boss, bombs explode, Everything is dead or really close to die.
If you feel that you will die. Use your ultimate.It reduce the damage taken by 50%
You should be able to withstand any charged attack without big problems
