A combination of the Chloromancer and Lunar Lancer classes.

I kept the Chloromancer's abilities in mind more than the Lunar Lancer, but I gave it more of a moon-based design, using flowers that only bloom at night, like Datura innoxia, Mirabilis jalapa, and Nymphaea 'Antares.' Consider it a Chloromancer subclassed into a Lancer.
