What ally is that? Is it actually good for dracolyte? I got a cool skin for him and I'm starting to use him, so I'm just wondering if that ally would be of any use.

That floating eye ally is only part of the costume mod that goes with it or the really old standalone mod. There is no ally that is ingame that looks like that and I don't plan on submitting them.
