Dear Trion/ Devs

May I ask if I’d be able to get my power deal back today/ or sometime soon (preferably within 3 days or before), as when it kicked me off the server, it removed my power and flash deal, even though it said 5 hours left on my power deal, even though it has only been 20-30 minutes after it took me off the server.

The power deal was the 120 gem booster boxs. I had a flash deal for chaos chests aswell, but wasn’t intending on buying them.

1st however I think there now a login problem. As now all it says is ‘connection timed out’ very frustrating, please try to resolve this issue please. Thank you for your time and effort ❤️

Even though that problem was fixed, I have been trying to log in, and a couple of times it did work. However now I’ve tried 1 hour straight, so I can’t get my last box, please may I ask why or for compensation for the lustrous box I can’t acquire ?
