I haven't resolved it yet... This is the third time I've been locked out. The previous two times, I frantically emailed customer service, and it took them about a week to unlock my account each time. They responded with official messages but didn't explain the reasons for the error. I've only been engaging in regular transactions, yet they accuse me of disrupting the market economy.
