Mastery Level is one thing, that appears to be set. XP Level and Gear Levels are two seperate things, XP Level is 1-20, Gear Level is 0-22. You can see these individual values on your character sheet in-game.

 You should be fine, the data is saved so you will be picked up by the giveaway. For the display issue, I triggered another refresh of information after you save the Mastery Rank, so that should display immediately in future.

It means you aren't entered yet.

Your mastery level was set correctly, but your classes remain at 0. This can be the case if the numbers entered were not as expected.

For XP Level that means 1-20, Gear Level is 0-22. You shouldn't be trying to enter total levels there.
