Collect all gear that drops in Trove, even if it seems like the stats are bad. Every item you collect can be thrown in the Loot Collector to collect the style and gain Mastery Points, which help you gain Mastery Rank in order to get Mastery Rewards.

Battle Factor can be earned by playing Arena games in the hub or in clubs. The amount of Battle Factor you have can get you that amount of Battle Boxes a week. You get a Battle Box for every 30 minutes of Arena gameplay. Ex: 8 BF = 240 minutes.

Chaos Factor can be attained by using Patron, by getting Mastery, or by getting a rare Dragon Coin drop from a Chaos Chest. You can also get Chaos Coins from developer livestreams. The amount of Chaos Factor you have gives you a Chaos Chest a day.
