1. Volcanic Vaults
Completing dungeons in Dragonfire Peaks biome has a chance to drop 
Delve Gateway: Volcanic Vaults. It is tradable and can be purchased from the in-game marketplace.
The gateway works like a Private Mode delve world and has a very high probability to spawn Volcanic Vaults not only on the first floor but on all following deeper floors aswell.
You can deconstruct these gateway portals for 1 
Blank Scroll each.
2. The Undrestacks
Delve Gateway: The Understacks are sold by The Enterprizing Novella NPC merchant that can appear in The Understacks biome after boss is defeated. Portals are tradable and can be purchased from the in-game marketplace.

Invites: Up to 8 Players total
Mounts: Delve Restricted
Inert Geode
You can also unbox them from 
Frosty Treasure Box and the Snowfest questline 2020 grants 3 of those portals on 3rd quest step.
