Hotfix 4/22/15

Todays hotfix removes boots from chaos chests, fixes adventure boxes and has a few hotbar tweaks.
- You will no longer find boots in chaos chests.
- Adventure boxes will again drop.
- The quantity number on the hotbar is bigger and easier to read
- Reduced the shine on the health and energy bars on the hotbar
- You should again be able to use /joinme from Shadow Arenas and Dungeons
