How to participate in the raffle?
To participate in the raffle, you will need to post a screenshot of your character wearing their favorite costume on our social media channels Twitter, Facebook and Instagram with the hashtag #IamTrove.
In order for your participation to be valid, it must include:
- The screenshot of your character wearing their favorite costume.
- You will need to provide your name in the Trove forum or your username on Discord so that we can contact you.
- You will need to include the hashtag #IamTrove in your post (not in the image).
- Your post must be made before Sunday May 30, 2021 at 11:59 pm CEST / 9:59 pm UTC.
Only posts on Twitter, Facebook ou Instagram with the hashtag #IamTrove respecting the rules of the event will be taken into account for the raffle.
Who can participate in the draw?
Everyone can participate! We will ship the winnings worldwide, even if you live in a country that Amazon is not shipping to.
Please note, however, that prizes will be shipped after all 9 weeks (as soon as all weekly events have finished) and there may be shipping delays in some countries.
What will happen if you are the lucky winner of the raffle?
You will be contacted by private message by a Community Manager on Discord or on the Forum (depending on the indication you provide us in the participation post on social networks).
You will then receive a special code with which you will have to contact customer support (https://support.gamigo.com/hc/en-us) to give them your full address and the desired size of the T-Shirt. We will only be able to send you a size which is also available to order on Amazon (S, M, L, XL, 2XL).
Once all 9 events have been completed and all winners are drawn, we will send you your prize via mail. There is a possibility of additional delays regarding the delivery to certain countries.
