Trove's console release seems close! As hinted on Fridays Trove developers stream, the devs still intend to bring Trove to consoles this year! While we are still waiting for an official statement from Trion, Microsoft might have spoiled the release date.
Update:
Trove is now available on the New Zealand Playstation Store (link). From what we can gather, Playstation+ is not required, but members will get an increased 20% experience bonus. The store pages work with a fixed date and New Zealand is always the first eligible to download new games.

For everyone looking forward to playing Trove on consoles, your wishes might come true right before the upcoming holiday period. While Avarem seemed eager to talk about something big next week, no official statement has been made as of yet. They did visit the console build in the club, which we build to celebrate a console release in the near future.
If you didn't get the chance to see the builds for yourself, come take a look. Just type /Joinworld Trovesaurus and enter the green portal at the clubs spawn.
Even thought we've been celebrating the console release in-game for some weeks now, Microsoft might have revealed the official release date. According to the Trove store page the game will be available on 13/12/2016.
Untill Trion makes an official statement we can't be sure. All we can say at this point, make sure to free 1.5GB of space to install Trove when it's released. Visit the links below for the latest Official news and the store pages for both consoles.
