Quick Update on the Rollbacks

Hey all,

We're working hard on this and I wanted to give you guys a quick update before diving back in.

Here's where we are:

• We've stopped any new problems. If you 'would have' become rolled back if you logged on you no longer will. This means new people logging in shouldn't get hit, just if you've already logged in.

• We added the ability for our CS team to restore on demand. This is ready for our hotfix.

• We're working on a hotfix for today. We ran into an unrelated bug that we can't patch out and need to fix so we're fixing that. Once it's fixed we'll be patching. This should also fix a few other issues and add a ton of dungeons.

• Once the hotfix is out we'll be going through all of the support tickets we've received and addressing each one. We haven't tested targeted restores yet on live so I don't want to promise that it will be the perfect solution, but we do have backups of your old data and there is no reason to assume this won't let us get you back to that point.

• If for any reason this doesn't work we will be manually doing the restores using the information we have coupled with your details about what you lost. This is a last resort because it is both imprecise and time consuming for us (and won't be how we handle this ever in the future), but we want to make sure we have it as an option this time if needed.

Thank you for your extreme patience. The fact that you care this much about what you've done in the game is a big deal to us, and we'll be working on it until it is fixed.
