Small patch

This patch will expand the tutorial, add the hub portal to the crafting benches, and fix the bugs with the primary club setting not sticking and clubs randomly moving to other slots.

In addition new items from Snirtof, Nekusasu, Chikyu, Vahn, DarkusJorin, Bantu, Jvep, Auzar, Glyndis, Claire, Gateway, WayOfTheSilence, Lulatsch, Sirtus, BigReith, theredviper, Skoobi, Jmop, spaceboots, xxxkillermia, Eefiejj, Quote, Chatez, Clarais, Vibri, Glitch, peXu, Hei, ArtyCutie, Stedms, MeerStag, Zoe, LucasGama, Brawlerella, Tomoki, MiszterSoul, JuicySpleen, and Tribe have been added to the game!

Finally - 4 new Highlands lairs (from ArtyCutie, Stedms, DreadD, and Zoe) are now in and one new Undead lair from Dyzfunctional.
