1050 sunlight bulbs (from sunlight lairs only available in peaceful hills biome)

150 rich fertilizer (in the first rank of gardening steed feed is the 4th rank in gardening)

for 150 rich fertilizer you need:

90 mushroom chunks

390 glim

30 water (comes from throwing sponges into water)

here is how much you need for sponges:

60 mushroom chunks

90 glim

so all of this added up you need:

150 mushroom

480 glim

30 sponges

all = 150 rich fertilizer or unripe heap you need to grow it yourself

and 1050 sunlight bulbs to make 300 steed feed

100 shadow shards from shadow towers (pinata is best for shards it gives 84 shards)

and 2 trotting turkeys
