Every patch day (so Tuesdays) and then every time the server crashes. May also include every hotfix, maintenance they do at other times (for eg Friday hotfixes)

Yeah I have 2 storage clubs and it's barely enough for everything I need to store, having to find 2 chests extra worth of space has been a pain :/
