We are working on an in-game '/report' function which will automate this, but in the meantime I wanted to let you guys know how to handle it.

If you see bad language, names, or other behavior please send an e-mail to [email protected] - this is the fastest way to get game issues addressed. We want nothing more than to remove bad actors from the game and make it the most enjoyable experience possible. If you post a thread we probably won't see it until long after the fact, but if you send an e-mail to that address it will go to all the right people right away.

Note that we can pull chat and economy logs, providing a time and name definitely helps us out when giving details.

Report will automatically send our support guys the person's name and the time of the report. We'll then look at their actions and words to determine what response to take. The simple fact that they were reported means nothing, it will just notify us that we need to take a look.
