Greetings everyone!

With the Xbox One Open Beta for Trove now available we wanted to keep a list of known issues that our dev team can work on resolving.

As you report bugs we will track those and compile them here. This will be your one stop shop for all known issues.

Currently Known Issues
  • Purchases are not delivered immediately. We've addressed most of these issues. If it crops up again, let us know. For the most part orders should arrive immediately. If they haven't arrived in 30 minutes definitely post that on the forums and we'll investigate.
  • Unable to log into the game due to an error that the servers are offline. Submit a ticket if you hit this error message. We'll generally be able to fix it up for you.
  • Game crashes. We're working to address remaining issues that can lead to crashes. We've already released some hotfixes, and one patch, that helped reduce some common crashes but there's more to do.
