Oh my, the blueberry sponges are looking SO delicious :O I love how gentle the whole cake design is!
However, when approaching from the sides players will be faced with a wall of white (there is a soft shading, but with the way trove light works it will not always be visible) :( I completely understand that this is a whipped cream cover, but the cake needs to read like a cake from all sides more than it needs to be recipe-accurate.
I would suggest exposing the blueberry goodness all the way around - that way the players would see the most beautiful part of the cake from all sides and there would be absolutely no doubt that this is in fact a cake :) Such an approach seems to exist in real-life recipes too!
Im really hoping to see this cake back on Review!
