Hello!
Your staff idea sounds really interesting! I like the colors used too, very bright and expressive :)
However, it would be great if you could give the design a bit more unique appearance. At the moment it resembles 
Chilly Channeler and 
Chaotic Conk Buster. May be some less classical shape or more/bigger details could work? Or may be it could look more like an actual (flying?) broom?
Also, check out Material Maps, you dont have to use them but they can really bring some shine and sparkle to the design :)
Another thing, its best to use style-appropriate class for screenshots. As, knight would not be able to hold Staff in game. If you dont have any staff-wielding classes unlocked you can always trial them.
Going to set your creation to Active for now, change the status back to Needs Review if you upload updated model. If you d rather work on something else, set status to Draft, that will free up Creation slot and hide this one from the public list of Active creations.
