Hello and welcome!

Sorry for the delay.

Icy chainsaw sword looks interesting, i like the idea! Very nice design for a first creation too :D

About the Boomeranger screenshot, if you use /weaponpreview chat command it will place your blueprint in all possible weapon locations, thus giving him a sword both in sword and bow places. Its safer to use Neon Ninja or Knight classes or blueprint Override method.

For the sword design itself, im very fond of the shape and all the details you ve put in it :) Only thing that would need to be fixed before i could approve it is the handle. It needs to be 1-voxel thick, while you have 2. Also its best to keep some room around the Attachment point, to be sure that big gloves and costumes with extra elements wont clip through sword all too much.

Red rectangle on the image above meant to represent a possible 'hand' location. Three scratched voxels would need to go for sure. You can easily check for technical issues like this if you use Lint and Export button in Troxel. Pick the type of your model, click on the button and it will highlight any things that are not working as they should, if there are any.

From the visual point of view, its usually best to avoid all too many single spiky voxels (spikes on chainsaw blade). I do think in your case its relatively alright, as it immediately gets the idea through and the rest of design is not busy at all, but may making them 2x1 would work too?

Another thing, im personally not all too fond of dark black. It does create a nice contrast and makes weapon eye-catching but it also feels tiny bit misplaced. May be if it was slightly on the blue side it would fit in better?

Last but not least, i think it could be really nice if you tried to put some Material Maps on your chainsaw. Giving the blade some metal shine, or some glow/sparkle to icy bits could really enhance the appearance.

I made a quick edit based on your model and suggestions above, you dont have to copy it at all, and ts still far from being perfect but hopefully it could help you pick a direction for improvements :) Left one is your original design, right one has more room around AP, less spiky blade and dark blues instead of blacks.

Going to set the status of your creation to Active for now, do set it back to Review if you upload any changes to your model :) If you d rather post something completely different instead you can always set it to Draft, that will remove your creation from the list of Active and will free up a creation slot.

In any case, good luck!
