Hello! 

You have some very interesting color choices for a flower themed staff, nice!

As i understand the design, the flower is currently in the bud? It might be easier to 'read' the intention if the bloom was somewhat more opened. Voxel models can be challenging to create if there is no room for crucial details. Luckily, there is still some room within the allowed dimensions, current model is 5x5x34 and the staves can be up to 9x9x35. Another thing that can be done to improve the appearance of the staff is shading - lighting up some parts of the model while making other ones darker, or using more color shades in general.

I made a quick edit based on your model just to show what i mean by those suggestions. It is far from being perfect and you do not need to copy my take on your idea, but i do hope that it will help you pick a direction for your own edits:

- i opened up the bud and added more petals of different color to give it a look closer to natural flower rather than a gem-shape.
- i added same green center to the big flower to connect back and front better
- i made the flower on the back of the staff a bit bigger to add some extra colors on the petals

Im going to change status of your creation to Active for now, set it back to Needs Review once you upload changes. If you would rather create something completely different - you could change the status of this one to Draft to free up a slot for another creation.
