Wow! this is definitely standing out more good job, and I'm loving that blue glowing glass by the moon! ^^
I have a few more suggestions to really clean it up before approval.

First would be to fill in the hole in the back of the staff, filling this in gives a more solid feel.

Second would be to make the grip in the middle one block wider on each side so it shows up better with every class holding it.

Last would be to add a few blocks to the top part of the staff making it smoother and solid.




You're doing great with this staff and only a little bit more work to go, back to active for now! ^^
