Gunslinger
The Gunslinger is an eagle-eyed ranged fighter who blasts enemies with dual pistols. Light up your foes with a well-aimed charged shot, then use your ultimate to gun them down in a hail of energy bullets.
Posts the Trove developers have made that mention "Gunslinger"

I will approve these.
I like it, but I kinda wish it was a gunslinger pistol instead of a CS Prop. A smaller version on a tripod would make sense as a CS prop, but a giant camera sitting on the ground feels a little strange. Nice detail work, definitely looking forward to seeing where this goes :)
The gunslinger only uses one handed guns basically. We don't have the concept of rifles in game for this character.
The concepts are cute, but I agree with Kungfuquickness. Maybe instead of the actual pint glass for the beer you could do mini-kegs with a spout, or one of those old-fashion soda water bottles. Similarly, the wafflemaker doesn't make so much sense as a projectile weapon, but maybe something like a pop-up toaster would :) Both of those 'make sense' as projectile weapons. Whereas for the Knight anything can be used to bash someone over the head, for the gunslinger I think something that 'works' as a projectile weapon makes more sense. This is just my personal opinion, however.
I've actually been doing this too. Previously I used gunslinger for mass mining, but since i've been leveling to the CB anyways... I've got it on my things to do to mention the block destruction to the team. :)
Thanks, yeah, please let us know if this issue pops up again.
Ok, I just Blast Jumped around on my Gunslinger and couldn't get it to work. On Monday, I will use a test build and wipe the character data so I can use Blast Jump for the first time, as you say.
Are you doing anything else at the time? Jumping? Mounted? Taking damage? I've been running as a gunslinger for a while and can't seem to get this to happen.
My mining strategy is to interleave bombs, gunslinger charged shots (haven't tried with the glitterbomb, I imagine it's better since there's no windup) and lasermancy.
Yeah, it's because of the knight character. The Gunslinger class has a different idle animation that has the guns more parallel to the ground.
Hmm... I wonder if this was broken when we made it so the Gunslinger could shoot through water. We'll take a look.
Thanks for this post, these repro steps were very helpful. A fix for this should be in the next build.
Thanks for this repro case, we're looking into it now.
You might also try changing your character class, if you have the Gunslinger unlocked.
