Please be sure to test it on all character models - and post some screenshots for each - it's less about the sizes and more about the angles at which the heads are relative to the bodies. For the Shadow Hunter and likely the Fae Trickster it probably won't be a problem, because of how the rigs for those characters are set up, but for characters where the head is placed squarely on the shoulders there might be some clipping issues. Other than that, it looks pretty good, nicely done. :)
Definitely make the flower part of the staff bigger, I believe you should have some room to make the petals stretch out further and have more of a 'rosebud' shape. I also agree with what Stedms said about the swirl along the length of the staff, the number of staffs that use it is getting a little out of hand. Since this is a rose, it would make more sense for it to have thorns (in that red-brown thorn color roses have) along the length of the staff. Also, since the length of the staff is the stalk of a rose, you might try making it a little curvy and not so straight. One other thought is that red isn't the only color roses can be. There are even a number of very pretty multi-colored roses, so you might try that to make it stand out even more. It's a good concept, which matches the fae trickster pretty well, and a good start. Keep at it :)
I would suggest making the grip 1 voxel high in the 3 voxels around the attachment point. Removing one of the tines on the fork might help make the end look a little less busy, and would allow the sausage to extend a little more beyond the sides of the tines. I'd also make the tines curve a little, to make the shape more interesting, and make them only 1 voxel high as well. Good start so far, I look forward to seeing what else you do with it.

Yes! When it's not on the list on the right that normally means we have a lot and aren't looking for more atm but we will always take something we feel is cool looking and/or is something we don't really have. So you have a better chance of your stuff getting accepted if you make things we're requesting on the right but it doesn't mean we wont take something period. That's part of why we do the approval process :)

I think there is a little too much noise in both the staff and the sword. Try bringing the colors together a little bet more so the transition between them is a bit smoother. I like both of these though! :D

Putting more anchor points on the model will just cause it to not get placed in the character model's hands correctly, so only one, please.
I actually like the RPG quite a lot, and considering how many truly whacky weapons we have, I don't necessarily see it as a bad idea. The fae trickster also has a dearth of zany equipment right now. So I'd stick with it, personally. The only nitpick I have with it is that the base feels a little too wide, compared to the head of the staff. If you can find a way to keep the flared opening while shaving a voxel from each side, it would go a long way to balancing out the two ends of the weapon. That's just my opinion, though. See what the mods (and Grump) have to say. :) Regarding the other two, the lightning rod is neat, I like the blue and yellow lightning on it, although perhaps you can simplify it some to make it less noisy. As for the bee, we already have at least two bee-themed weapons. The shape of yours is different enough, but I'd go with a different insect with a more distinct color pallette, just for variety's sake.

I enjoy all your videos, whatever the running time! Longer game-play videos are useful for me to notice bugs, or how other people play... for instance, YES, the Fae Trickster is a great off-tank, the 'trick' to offtanking is to not throw any glitterbombs and save all that energy for decoy casting. You can keep a few creatures tied up indefinitely while the others are focused down. I look forward to more great content!
