notifications are now generated for art that is requesting a modder, and mods that is requesting an artist, more changes will be coming to this system in the future

an untested feature is that you can now schedule mods to release at a certain time in the future, as well as continue to manually post immediately

you can no longer transfer mods to a non existent user, you can now use a username as well as id when transferring a mod, notification mails are generated when you transfer

fixed an issue where author links werent clickable on some dungeons and some dungeons werent appearing on the designers profile page

we can now provide proper designer credit for users who have had items accepted under another name, this is done via messaging me on the trovesaurus site, an example would be where "Delicious" was previously credited as "Ms Delicious". This helps fix links to user pages from the specific collection page, and from the users profile page listing their designs.
