Honestly, fae builds haven't changed alot from before MoP when fae was king (or queen) of ST.

Notes: Fae needs AS, as it is heavily reliant on its main attack for damage.

Ally and Flasks

Can also use Prefect Penguin for sustain.

Swap Death Defying for elysian bandolier if you are confident in your surviving skills. Surestrike is for CH less than 85%, use Evil Eye (or equivalent) with 85%+ CH.

Empowered Gems

Cubic curtain is good, as fae is a glass cannon like NN, but can suffer even more from hits due to drop in dmg output.

Faerocious Facsimile Class Gem

Blink decoys are no longer immobile; they close on enemies and explode on contact, dealing damage and stunning enemies.

Cubic Curtain

Avoiding damage grants a protective shield, absorbing the next attack and stunning the attacker.

Explosive Epilogue

Killing enemies causes them to explode.
