Draco doesn't need any attack speed, DOES need energy regen, and is kinda half dmg, half tank, much like knight, but anything is better than knight.

Samantha is pretty standard, however Prefect Penguin is good for damage with a bit of sustain,and Chronomancer Qubesly is good for damage, and having your ult up more often.
2nd Emblem depends on what you are doing. Vampiric is good for tanking, surestrike for low CH farming, Evil eye for high CH farming.

Burning Ward Class Gem
When a Burnt Offering detonates, it spawns a mini Dracolyte minion that attacks enemies for a brief duration.
Explosive Epilogue
Killing enemies causes them to explode.
