Class contest reward changes

• Ninth Life is in daily boxes and removed from contest rewards, replaced with 2 empowered gems boxes
• First 2 ranks of contests are score based so they aren't limited to ranks
• Regemerator(s) is now required to unsocket gems. 1 for lesser gems, 2 for empowered gems.
• Additional XP contest that is score based not rank
